Peli ™ RALS lights are important tools for many, and we are their only authorized service and repair point in Finland. We also take care of all warranty issues for these lights, but this does not apply to other Peli ™ lights.
Most common maintenance procedures
The most common maintenance we perform is battery replacement. This problem could often be avoided by regularly charging the batteries. RALS light batteries should be charged at least every three months to maintain their condition and function as expected.
Warranty service and repairs
If your RALS light needs repair and is still under warranty, please contact us first. We will open a support ticket to Peli™ to take care of the issue. If the warranty has expired, we will provide a cost estimate before starting the repair so you know in advance what the repair will cost. The parts required for the repair will arrive in about a week and the repair will take 1–2 business days.
