CC-Case Oy uses personal data provided by customers only to manage customer relations. Information is not disclosed to outsiders. The customer can request the deletion of their contact information at any time by sending a deletion request using the contact form or by contacting them directly via the contact information shown below.

Online shopping payments are made in the banks' own online banking services or through the Paytrail service.

The payment transaction is completely closed and none of the customer's payment information is passed on to CC-Case Oy.

3. Register name CC-Case's customer register

4. Purpose of personal data processing CC-Case uses its customer register for handling, maintaining, developing, analyzing and statistics of customer relations. The information can also be used for direct marketing, remote sales, profiling and possibly organized marketing contests or customer satisfaction surveys. The information can also be used to plan and develop CC-Case's business and services, as well as to measure customer numbers and for other similar purposes.

5. Product content of the register The register may contain the following information:

  • Basic customer information: customer number, first and last name, postal address, phone numbers, email addresses

  • Information related to invoicing

  • Information related to the customer and the contractual relationship, such as invoicing and payment information, product and order information, customer feedback and contacts, raffle and contest response information, and cancellation information Information related to the implementation of communication and information regarding the use of services, such as browsing and search information

  • Profiling and interest information provided by the customer

  • Possible permissions and consents

  • Possible direct marketing bans Any other information provided by the customer himself

6. Regular sources of information The information in the register is regularly collected from the customer himself in connection with transactions, participation in events or use of the online store. Information is also collected from information obtained in connection with and during the conclusion of the contract. Personal data can also be collected and updated from other public and private registers.

7. Regular data transfers and data transfers outside the EU or the European Economic Area As a rule, CC-Case does not hand over the register's information to external parties. CC-Case can transfer the data subject's personal data to CC-Case's own direct marketing registers after the factual connection has ended. Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

8. Principles of registry protection The data system and files of the registrar are protected by the technical protection methods normally used. The customer register system is protected with a username and password and it is granted only to a person belonging to the staff of the registrar whose position and duties are related to the said access right.

9. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information The registered person has the right to check the information about him/her stored in the personal register and the right to demand correction and deletion of the information. Requests regarding the matter must be submitted in person or in writing and signed to the contact person mentioned in point 2.

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data The registered person has the right to prohibit the data controller from processing information about him/her for direct advertising, distance sales, and market and opinion research. Such a ban can be given at any time to the contact person mentioned in point 2.
